A truly creative piece. The artist has placed what appears to be the Star of Bethlehem (see the small cross at its center) over a city that, owing to the clock and the terrace in the foreground, must not be Bethlehem but rather a historic town that may as well count as yours or mine. The light of the star alters the hue of whatever it touches.

Appears to be an original (dry) watercolor. Framed. The piece is signed but the signature is illegible.
